I started my business as a hobby, collecting and repairing my own machines, back in the early 80’s. By the early 90’s we had already amassed a large inventory of original phonograph parts. In 1996 my hobby became a full time parts and repair business. Our first dedicated building was built in 1996 to house the bulk of the inventory, repair shop and office. A warehouse was added in 2008, and then in 2012 a new larger building was built and the business was moved from Newaygo to Bitely to be closer to the warehouse. We now have one of the largest inventories of original Victrola parts in the United States. Between two large pole barns we have over 6000 sq. feet packed full of those hard to find and specialty parts needed for these amazing machines. We often travel during summer months buying collections both large and small, making us the leading supplier of hard to find replacement parts. With my expertise I can not only help you find the parts you need, but I can help you fix, fine tune and restore them. If you have something to liquidate please call or email me.
My daughter Kris has now joined me under her own DBA as West Michigan Phonographs.
We are a mail order company w/o a store front or regular business hours.
